Our story began in 1982 in Chongqing, China, when my mother opened a tiny hotpot restaurant that could barely fit three tables. Her ingenuity led to the creation of the Yuan Yang Pot—a revolutionary design that splits the hotpot broth in two. This simple yet transformative invention redefined the hotpot experience for generations and earned her the title “Hotpot Queen,” inspiring our brand name. 

Continuing the family legacy, I proudly present Hotpot Queen—a line of spicy and tingly condiments that capture the essence of Sichuan’s bold flavors. Each product is a tribute to the vibrant, fiery spirit of my hometown, designed to bring the rich culinary tradition of Sichuan right to your table. 

Hotpot Queen의 이야기는 1982년 중국 충칭에서 시작되었습니다. 어머니께서 단 세 테이블만 들어가는 작은 훠궈집을 열며, 누구도 상상하지 못한 혁신을 만들어냈지요. 바로 두 가지 국물을 한 냄비에 나눠 담을 수 있는 ‘원양훠궈(Yuan Yang Pot)’입니다. 이 단순하지만 획기적인 발명은 세대를 아우르는 훠궈 문화를 새롭게 정의했고, 어머니는 지역에서 ‘훠궈 여왕’이라 불리게 되었습니다. 바로 그 별명이 브랜드 ‘Hotpot Queen’의 이름이 되었지요.
