Description

Our bamboo salt is meticulously crafted using an ancient Korean method. Premium sun-dried sea salt is carefully packed into over three-year-old golden bamboo stalks, sealed with purified mountain mud, then roasted nine times over a pine charcoal fire. This rigorous process purifies the salt, removing impurities and concentrating vital minerals, resulting in a stone-like form prized for its unique culinary applications and traditional wellness benefits.

Ingredients: Korean Sea Salt (from the Yellow Sea), Bamboo, Pine Charcoal, Ocher (Yellow Clay). All ingredients are sustainably sourced from Korea’s pristine west coast.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Due to its natural moisture absorption, the salt may develop a grayish tint, which does not affect its quality or efficacy.

저희 죽염은 한국의 전통적인 방식으로 정성껏 만들어집니다. 3년 이상 자란 황금 대나무 속에 엄선된 천일염을 넣고 정제된 황토로 밀봉한 후, 소나무 숯불로 아홉 번 구워냅니다. 이 엄격한 과정을 통해 불순물이 제거되고 미네랄이 농축되어, 독특한 풍미와 전통적인 효능으로 소중히 여겨지는 단단한 형태의 소금으로 탄생합니다.
