Trunas presents a convenient trio of ready-to-use freeze-dried greens: thistle, mallow, and radish leaves—all sourced from Korea and carefully processed at origin.

Our advanced 100% full freeze-drying technology locks in freshness and nutrition without any chemical additives, preserving the natural essence of each ingredient for up to a year.

Perfect for busy lifestyles, these namuls require no washing or prepping—just hydrate and enjoy in dishes like Namul Bap (seasoned rice), Namul Muchim (seasoned salad), or Namul Guk (greens soup).

Usage suggestions:

1. Namul Bap: Cook rice with equal parts water (1:1), add freeze-dried namuls, mix, and season to taste.

2. Namul Muchim: Soak namuls briefly in cold water, squeeze out, then toss with soy sauce or miso-based dressing with garlic, green onion, sesame oil, and salt.

3. Namul Guk: Boil 500ml water with 2 Trunas vegan broth tablets, add namuls, soybean paste, garlic, green onions, and chili peppers for a comforting soup.

요리 팁:
