These noodles are a healthy choice with no artificial additives, and their dry form makes for easy storage. Enjoy their light, authentic taste and appreciate the visible buckwheat in each strand. Plus, its firm texture, favored by restaurants, promises a satisfying and tasty experience.
How to cook:
- For the soba sauce, dilute it with about 3-4 times the amount of water and prepare it in the refrigerator to cool.
- Boil 800cc (4 cups) of water and cook one serving of soba noodles for about 3-4 minutes.
- After boiling the soba noodles, rinse them in cold water a couple of times and drain them in a sieve.
- Add the soba noodles to the prepared soba sauce and enjoy, or garnish according to your taste. (For added flavor, you can include finely chopped green onions, radish juice, chili pepper leaves, and ice cubes.)
