Kang Daein, Korea’s first certified organic rice farmer, crafts this Nurungji by double-roasting freshly milled organic rice using traditional cauldron methods for a deeply savory taste.

Using rice cultivated organically in pristine soils, this instant Nurungji preserves health, nutrition, and flavor without lengthy boiling. Simply add boiling water to enjoy, or create various dishes like boiled Nurungji, Nurungji stew, or add it to ramen and soups for a fuller meal.
