Made with premium seasonal cabbage—sourced from Gangwon-do in summer and Haenam in winter—HaeDamChon’s cabbage kimchi is seasoned with sea salt from Shinan and a housemade sauce of fermented shrimp and yellow croaker. A proprietary broth adds a layer of deep umami, yielding a complex, well-balanced flavor.

Jeolla-do's warm climate and access to the Southern Sea allow for a unique culinary tradition, and this kimchi reflects that heritage with every bite.
