Jeju Hallabong Vinegar is traditionally fermented in Korean jars using 100% Jeju Hallabong tangerines and sweetened naturally with 23% Jeju honey. This artisan vinegar offers a unique balance of bright citrus flavor and gentle sweetness without added sugar.

Enjoy it as a versatile ingredient for salad dressings, homemade fruit ades, sparkling water drinks, or as a yogurt and vinegar replacement. Simply mix one part vinegar with five parts water or sparkling water for a refreshing, antioxidant-rich beverage.
