Maesil (green plum) is a fruit of the cherry blossom family, cherished in Korea for centuries for its health benefits. Rich in antioxidants and minerals, it's typically fermented to draw out its tangy-sweet complexity. Meshil’s extract uses only organic green maesil from Hadong, Korea’s premier maesil region.

Fermented in onggi for over 3 years, it’s a refined take on a traditional staple. Use Meshil extract in marinades, sauces, or cocktails. It adds brightness to Korean dishes or can be enjoyed simply with cold water.

매실은 예로부터 건강에 좋은 전통 식재료로 알려져 있으며, 하동 유기농 청매실로 만든 Meshil 매실 원액은 한국 매실의 진수를 담고 있어요. 3년 이상 옹기에서 발효한 원액은 풍미와 향이 깊고 은은한 단맛이 특징입니다.
