Description

Whole grains like rice and barley are most nutritious in their natural, unrefined state. Unlike traditional brown rice which requires lengthy soaking, Chung-O’s sprouted brown rice can be ready in no time.  It undergoes a special sprouting process so it has an enhanced nutritional profile and makes the texture much softer and easier to digest.  Just rinse it a couple of times, and it’s ready to cook.
